Easy returns, fair refunds, clear terms

30-Day Return Window

Products can be returned within 30 days after the product is received. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Return Shipping at Buyer's Expense

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Defective or damaged items (report within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Items that do not match the product description
  • Wrong size, color, or variant received

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods and food items
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
