Terms of Service

By accessing or using DropShipBuys ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including dropshippers, vendors, and visitors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

DropShipBuys provides a platform connecting dropshippers with verified suppliers. By using our services, you acknowledge: • Products are shipped directly from suppliers to your customers • Inventory levels and pricing may change without notice • Processing and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees • You are responsible for customer service and communication • We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of record You must comply with all applicable laws regarding ecommerce, taxation, and consumer protection in your jurisdiction.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan and transactions: • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance • Transaction fees are deducted from order payments • Failed payments may result in service suspension • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes We may change our fees with 30 days notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DropShipBuys or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission • Use our trademarks without written authorization • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices Product images and descriptions from suppliers may have separate licensing terms.

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights • Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items • Engage in fraud, deception, or misleading practices • Manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback • Interfere with Platform security or functionality • Scrape or harvest data from the Platform • Use the Platform to harm competitors Violations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for supplier actions, product quality, or shipping delays • Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the past 12 months • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DropShipBuys, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Products you sell through the Platform • Your customer interactions and disputes

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: • You may close your account through settings or by contacting support • We may terminate accounts for Terms violations • Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease • Outstanding fees remain due upon termination • Data retention follows our Privacy Policy We may maintain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through: • First, good faith negotiation • Then, binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules • Arbitration shall take place in Delaware • Class action waiver: disputes must be brought individually Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court when necessary.
